Firmware Upgrade

If the player is not connected to the USB Port, press Mode to

return to the System menu.

P C re qu ests pr oc essi ng .

 When receiving and process ing t he general requests

fro m PC, the status of t he pl ayer are switched between Ready

a nd Bus y .

 When re ce iving t he materi al downl oad upgr ade request ,

t he pl ayer will swi tch to t he Doi ng st at us , and exe cute the

download upgrade.

 When receiving t he materi al upload backup request, t he

player will switch to the Doing status, and execute the upload

backup.

Download Upgrade is t o download the syst em fi rmware versi on

fro m the P C si de into the pl ayer and overwrite t he curr ent

firmware version in the player.

Moreover, if both the system firmware and its backup are

dama ge d, the Downl oa d Upgr ade c a n r epair the syst em

fi rmw ar e.
